On a scale of 10, I give this series a 9 for kids and teens but a 4 for adults who might want eroticism as part of a good series. This is one of the series you can watch with your mom and dad without the fear of erotic and sexual scenes, which our parents consider sin, popping up.
Based on the novel of the same title by Lemony Snicket, the series through 3 seasons follow the lives of the Baudelaire orphans. The 3 kids, lost their parents in a terrible fire that brought their wealthy parents to a demise. Later the kids: Klaus Baudelaire, Violet Baudelaire and Sunny Baudelaire come to learn that their parents were members of a secret organisation and had left riches hidden for them to find.
Due to their young ages, the Baudelaires are given off to to different homesteads for them to be taken care of. In every place they head to, the villainous Count Olaf, played by Patrick O’Neil, is after them with a bad intention of stealing their treasures left to them by their parents. Down the episodes, we come to learn that one of the Baudelaires parents did not die. Who is it? Will Count Olaf get his dirty hands on the treasures? What are the secrets behind the secret organisations their parents were in? Will they survive in the many hands of the different adopters? Get your questions answered in the series.
